What payment methods do you accept?

What currency do you use?

All payments are processed in GBP (£).

Is my payment secure? 

Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure gateways. We do not store payment details.

When will my order be confirmed?

You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is successfully completed.

Why did my payment fail?

Check your card details, try another method, or contact your bank. Orders are only processed after successful payment.

Do you offer fraud protection?

Yes. Suspicious orders may require additional verification or may be cancelled.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?

  • Processing: 1–3 business days
  • Transit: 2–4 business days

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free standard shipping is available on UK orders over £500. Orders under £500 are charged based on weight.

Do you ship outside the UK?

No. At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

When will I receive tracking info?

Tracking details are emailed within (1–2) business days after dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Yes. To start a return, please email us at contact@qvec.uk. 

What is your return window?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item.

What condition must items be in?

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received—unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging—and also accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Do you accept exchanges? 

We do not provide direct exchanges. To receive a different item:

  1. Return your original item following the process above.
  2. Place a new order for the replacement item.

Who pays for return shipping?

We will provide a prepaid shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Customers will be informed of the exact deduction before the refund is issued.

When will I receive my refund?

The refund will be processed to original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval and you have not received your refund, please contact contact@qvec.uk.
